Key Specifications
Haas UMC-500 (5-Axis Vertical Mill): Features a 15k rpm spindle which reduces cycle time. Used for complex parts that retain positional accuracy among critical features.
Haas VF-4 w/4th-axis rotary: Reduces the need for moving the part between setups for more accurate positional relationships between features.
Haas 3-Axis CNC Mills (VF-4, VF-2, Mini Mill): Offers up to 50in X-axis travel and 20in Y-axis travel, with up to 8k rpm spindles for aggressive roughing.
Makino SP43 Wire EDM: Provides superior accuracy and tolerance on high complexity features. It allows us to cut intricate shapes not possible with traditional machining, using a .010” wire for near sharp internal corners.
Haas Lathes: Includes 2-axis lathes (ST-30, SL-20, ST-15). The Haas St-20Y features live tooling, Y-axis, and C-axis to reduce production time and increase accuracy on complex parts that require turning and milling.

Haas 3-Axis CNC Mills
3x VF-4, 2x VF-2, Mini Mill
Up to 50in X-axis travel and 20in Y-axis travel
Up to 8k rpm spindle for aggressive roughing

Haas VF-4 w/4th-axis rotary
4th axis rotary for fewer setups per part
Rotary reduces moving part between setups for more accurate positional relationship between features
