Precision In-House: Our CNC Machine Fleet

We utilize modern 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers to deliver tight tolerances, clean finishes, and exact repeatability. Our equipment enables high precision on complex geometry and the ability to machine features that would be near impossible in traditional 3-axis setups. We maintain both small and large lathes for all size parts. Our capabilities include 4- and 5-axis CNC and mill-turn machining, as well as standard 3-axis CNC milling and 2-axis CNC lathe work.

Key Specifications

Haas UMC-500 (5-Axis Vertical Mill): Features a 15k rpm spindle which reduces cycle time. Used for complex parts that retain positional accuracy among critical features.

Haas VF-4 w/4th-axis rotary: Reduces the need for moving the part between setups for more accurate positional relationships between features.

Haas 3-Axis CNC Mills (VF-4, VF-2, Mini Mill): Offers up to 50in X-axis travel and 20in Y-axis travel, with up to 8k rpm spindles for aggressive roughing.

Makino SP43 Wire EDM: Provides superior accuracy and tolerance on high complexity features. It allows us to cut intricate shapes not possible with traditional machining, using a .010” wire for near sharp internal corners.

Haas Lathes: Includes 2-axis lathes (ST-30, SL-20, ST-15). The Haas St-20Y features live tooling, Y-axis, and C-axis to reduce production time and increase accuracy on complex parts that require turning and milling.
