Yes, absolutely. While racing is core to our identity, we proudly machine and engineer parts for performance manufacturers, industrial and specialty clients, Defense, Prototyping, Oil & Gas, and medical partners. We apply the same Earnhardt standard of precision to all sectors, including the Food & Beverage industry (Confirmed in conversation history).

The best way to start is with our four-step process: Send us what you have (a drawing, sketch, idea, or old part); We’ll review it with you (material, tolerances, purpose); We prototype or machine directly (all work stays in-house); and finally, We finish, inspect, test, and deliver.

Before requesting a quote, you should have a drawing, sketch, idea, or old part ready to send to us. We will then review the part’s material, tolerances, and purpose with you.

Yes, we are equipped for a wide range of volumes. We handle anything from single-part prototypes and single custom components up to small batch runs and full production runs. For us, complexity and tolerance, not quantity, are what matter most.

Yes, absolutely. We offer Start to Finish Design and can handle projects that require revision to sharpen performance or meet new regulations. We will take your sketch, old part, or CAD file and iterate through design and material selection until it’s ready. We can even take half-formed ideas and turn them into parts that can actually be machined and used.

We accept customer-provided CAD files. You can also start a project by sending us a drawing, sketch, idea, or old part.

Yes, we do. We offer Custom Part Design & Prototyping services and are equipped to handle single-part prototypes. All prototyping and machining work stays in-house.

Quality control is mandatory. Each component is machined to tight tolerances and receives a final inspection where we check fitment, dimensions, and finish. We operate under the mindset that if a part doesn’t meet the Earnhardt standard, it doesn’t leave the shop. For apparel, we check stitching, prints, and fabric weight to ensure the gear stays solid instead of stretching out or fading.

Yes. We offer Reverse Engineering services. You can start a new project by sending us an old part or a part you pulled off a car.

We do not outsource critical work; all machining, fabrication, and prototyping are done in-house right here in Mooresville, NC. However, we utilize a Large Vendor Network for outside finishing processes like anodizing, powder coating, grinding, and heat treating.

We typically machine common race-grade metals, including steel, chromoly, and aluminum alloys. We also use rigid alloys for arms and controlled-compound bushings. We carefully choose materials to meet each job’s specific strength, weight, or wear requirements.

Yes. While we serve many local teams and shops, we can package and ship orders nationwide when required.

Yes, absolutely. Our technical team provides Expert Support. We can guide you through component selection, fitment questions, and setup decisions. We offer straight answers from people who know the work.

If you need help choosing parts or want guidance on a build, we encourage you to Give us a Call. You can also bring the part or idea by our shop in Mooresville for a short talk so we can understand what you’re after.
