Finishing & Processing

Machining is only one piece of the job. When a part comes off the mill, it’s only halfway there. We clean it up by hand, knock down edges, and prep the surface so it is ready for real work. We offer Deburring, Vibratory Deburring & Polishing, and Sand Blasting. We also handle Part Marking via machine engraving or laser etching. Deburring operations can also be accomplished on manual machines to reduce setups and cost on CNC machines. We utilize a network of long-standing vendor relationships to complete any outside processes necessary, including Most Coatings & Heat Treatment Processes.
