The Foundation of Manufacturing

Great parts start with great tooling. We build fixtures in-house utilizing our rigid machining standards to ensure that your production runs are accurate from the very first cut. We ensure tools are prepped to spec before cutters hit the material, reducing setup time and improving accuracy for your own manufacturing processes.

Capacity for Large-Scale Tooling

Our shop is configured to handle substantial tooling projects that smaller shops cannot accommodate.

Large Envelope Machining

We utilize machines with large travel capacities, such as our 3-axis mills offering up to 50 inches of X-axis travel.

Rigid Setup

We employ equipment like the Cincinnati-Lamb FTV850 to handle heavy-duty fixture work.

Design-to-Fixture Services

Our capabilities extend beyond just machining the fixture. Our team handles Start to Finish Design and Reverse Engineering. If you have a legacy part without a fixture, we can reverse engineer the component and design the precise tooling required to manufacture it again. We use FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to test designs, ensuring your fixtures can withstand the stress of production.
