In-House CNC Machining & Fabrication

We don’t outsource critical work. Every part, from complex suspension brackets to custom driveline components, gets cut right here in Mooresville, NC. Our 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers deliver tight tolerances, clean finishes, and exact repeatability. If it needs to be right the first time, this is where it happens.

We’ve turned more than a few rough concepts into race-ready parts. Fixtures are built in-house, tools are prepped to spec, and every setup is checked twice before the cutters hit the material.

Custom Part Design & Prototyping

Sometimes a build starts with bare chassis steel or a sketch on paper. Other times, a part needs revision to sharpen performance or meet new regulations. We handle both.

Our engineers use practical know-how rooted in real race experience. We’ll take your sketch, old part, or CAD file, then iterate through design, material selection, and test-fit until it’s ready for production or track use. No fluff, no guesswork.

Finishing, Inspection & Quality Assurance

Machining is only one piece of the job. After a part comes off the mill or lathe, we deburr, inspect, surface-prep, and apply any coatings or finishing work needed to prepare it for real-world abuse.

Each part leaves with a final inspection. We check fitment, dimensions, and finish under the same mindset a race team runs with; if it doesn’t meet our standards, it doesn’t leave the shop.

FAQs

From single-part prototypes to small batch runs, we’re equipped for both. Complexity and tolerance, not quantity, are what matter most.

Common race-grade metals: steel, chromoly, aluminum alloys, and materials chosen to meet each job’s specific strength, weight, or wear requirements.
