Suspension & Chassis Expertise

Our team specializes in prototyping and short-run production of critical vehicle components. We regularly machine suspension bits, chassis components, and drivetrain parts built with tight tolerances.

Complex Geometry

Using our Haas UMC-500 5-axis vertical mill, we can machine complex shapes that retain positional accuracy among critical features, reducing the need for multiple setups.

Live Tooling

Our Haas lathes with live tooling (Y-axis and C-axis) allow us to turn and mill complex features in a single operation, increasing accuracy for intricate automotive parts.

From Prototype to Production

We work with professional race teams and performance manufacturers to bridge the gap between concept and reality. Our engineering team can take a rough sketch or CAD file and iterate through design and material selection until the part is ready for production or track use. We handle the entire process, including deburring and part marking, so your components arrive ready for assembly.
